Why have I received a Parking Charge Notice?
You will have received a parking charge notice because your vehicle was in contravention of the site terms and conditions where you were parked.
NO PERMIT - You were NOT displaying a Valid Permit or a Permit which allows you to park with authorisation on the site.
OVER TIME – Your vehicle was parked longer than the allotted time specified for the visitor bay or time sensitive bay where you parked your vehicle.
OUT OF BAY – Your vehicle was parked outside of an allotted bay and therefore was in contravention of the parking regulations for the site where you parked your vehicle.
OBSTRUCTION – Your vehicle was parked obstructing another vehicle, in a no parking area needing 24/7 access or a residents bay without authorisation.
INCOMPLETE PERMIT - Your vehicle was showing a permit that has expired.
The parking charge notice payable is £100.00. If the PCN is paid within 14 days the value will be reduced by 40% to £60.00, after this time the full value is due at £100.00 and payable.
