Make an Appeal
Should you wish to appeal this parking charge you have 21 days from the date of issue to do so. The charge will be held whilst the appeal is being heard.
We will acknowledge your appeal and you will be sent a reply within 28 days of us receiving it. Please note the period of parking for which the charge relates is the period immediately preceding the 'time of issue'.
All appeals are dealt with by our agents Parking Collection Services.

Your letter should include the following -
If you have appealed within the 21 day time limit and your appeal is rejected you can request that the decision is reviewed by the Independent Appeals Service.
If your appeal is not upheld and you still fail to pay the PCN then we will pass collection onto a debt recovery company where further costs and charges will be added.
If you make a complaint to us and it is rejected you can request that the decision is reviewed by the Independent Parking Committee.
